This is a great product and it works very well and I am very pleased with it.
I need a solution please. Regretfully the product did not work. I would like to send the product back to AMAZON but the freight charges are too high to ship.
The unit uses old style joystick type mechanics with a center stop position as opposed to the non center stop design used in competing products. Too bad. Outward design of unit very professionally done. To a non pilot this flaw in the pitch mode control will be accepted, but anyone with flying experience will recognize immediately that this unit does a poor job of simulating the control movement in the pitch mode of a real aircraft. In every other way the control design is superior to the competition. As a retired commercial pilot I appreciate the thought that went into this control set to make it appear like the real thing. I would not purchase this product again however because of the poor design of the pitch control mode.
Cons:The price is way too much for this product but that's just a personal opinion. The installation software was simple to install. Pros:The materials are very sturdy and the weight is just perfect. The clamps to attach to the table/desk are also very well designed.
If you are serious about simulator flying it is well worth the investment. Other than that I think it is a great product. I would have given this five stars except that the progaming and the instructions for progaming it were a bit confusing. Although after a few hours of playing around and trying different things I finnaly got it figured out.
